2005 Chardonnay:  This dry white was aged in American Oak barrels.  It is fruit forward with a slight oak flavor and has lovely vanilla and butterscotch aromas.

2005 Black Muscat: This semi-sweet deep blush has very inviting strawberry and black cherry aromas and flavors that pairs well with dark chocolate and desserts.
For a lighter drink it also makes a great spritzer.

2005 Muscat: This semi-sweet white will tempt your pallet with a soft pineapple aroma.  It pairs well with an assortment of fruits and cheese. On a warm summer day it also makes a fantastic sangria.

2003 & 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon: This full-bodied red was aged in oak for 2 years.  Its alluring aromas of coffee and dark chocolate are sure to please.  Its dark chocolate flavor with a berry finish is great on any pallet.
